STUART RAMSAY
RUM TUM TUGGER

Stuart trained and worked professionally as a child actor at Redroofs Theatre School. Whilst there he worked on numerous commercials, TV shows, theatre productions and was a young voiceover artist. He also appeared in the film The Power of One. He furthered his adult training at Laine Theatre Arts. His theatre credits include: Kenickie in Grease (UK and European tour); he also understudied and played the role of Danny; Rum Tum Tugger in Cats (UK and European tour); Sal and Rik in Oh, What a Night! (UK tour and Hamburg Germany); Swing in Les Misérables (Palace Theatre London); understudy Gaston in Disney’s Beauty and the Beast (Dominion Theatre London); partnered Cyd Charrise as Gene Kelly in MGM Legends (Palladium Theatre London); understudy Roger and Doody in Grease (Cambridge Theatre London; concerts: John Beck in Ripper the Musical (Actors’ Church, Covent Garden London); Jean Prouvaire and Coufeyrac in Les Misérables in Concert (Bournemouth International Centre and Porchester Castle, Fareham); Peter in Jesus Christ Superstar in Concert (Broadlands House, Romsey) also many charity events. Television credits: choreographed and played The Dancer in Extras series 1 episode 4 (Ricky Gervais and Stephan Merchant BBC Television 2005); Backing Singer/Dancer in Stars in Their Eyes (Granada Television 2001/02); Les Misérables (Sunday Night at the London Palladium); The Royal Variety Performance 1996 (Dominion Theatre); Royal Gala (Royal Albert Hall); Live for Peace (London Coliseum).
